GRAND AVENUE BRIDGE CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

(6/9/2008) NEW HAVEN- Due to technical difficulties and for reasons of public safety, the Grand Avenue Bridge is closed to all traffic until further notice. The New Haven Police Department and Fire Department are securing the area of the bridge as a maintenance team addresses the problem. Police are redirecting traffic while the bridge is out of order. No additional information is available at this time.
